Pop Music on British Television 1955 -
A fortnightly series hosted by broadcaster and journalist Paul Gambacinni. Two pop stars would be interviewed each week, interspersed with promo clips and television appearances. A well researched show which featured principally album artists like Phil Collins, Billy Joel, Randy Newman, Hall & Oates, Joan Armatrading etc.
The show alternated with Gastank for the first series, reverting to the more traditional weekly placing for the second and third series.
The theme was by Vince Clarke of Yazoo.
