A weekly, later twice-weekly jazz show from Southern, featuring regulars The Dudley Moore Trio and Bobby Samson. The show was directed by Peter Frazer-Jones and also featured Alex Orgar as reporter.

The set design resembled a jazz club with the audience seated around tables. Moore, talking to Record Mirror, said "I think it has just the right sort of format. But it will be a busy time for me as I am also on a four-man cast in 'Beyond The Fringe', a new revue which soon moves into the West End of London."

Singer Bobby Samson was given a solo spot each week after winning a talent show, also run by Southern TV, while other local singers and players would be regularly featured.

The show was scheduled to run for 13 shows but was extended, until it was replaced by another jazz show Tubby Plays Hayes.

Dudley Moore's theme was released as a Parlophone single.
